About us

The Improvement Network Trust (TINT) comprises professionals committed to building partnerships and strengthening existing collaborations to drive and promote positive change.

The Trust was registered under the Trust Administration Act in June 2023 to bring about positive change and improvements in education and ethical leadership across a variety of sectors in Namibia.

We achieve this with the help of mostly retired professionals across various fields who collaborate, network, and partner with like-minded individuals and with national and international bodies to drive positive societal change and improve outcomes for underserved Namibians.

Founding

TINT was founded in 2023 by Christian Shatona and Hannu Shipena. The founders share a vision of a better life for all Namibians, driven by improved educational outcomes and ethical leadership.

To achieve this goal, TINT’s interventions are grounded in the belief that people and officials are accountable for both positive and negative outcomes.

TINT comprises experienced professionals dedicated to ploughing back their skills and experience for the betterment of society. Their experience spans many years and includes leadership and managerial roles at various levels across a variety of government and business institutions.
